Data Subjects definition

Data Subjects means all individuals whose Personal Information we receive in the course of our banking relationship with you, including your direct and indirect beneficial owners, directors, officers and authorized persons.
Data Subjects means the user(s) of the Services.
Data Subjects means any living individuals whose data the Data Controller processes.

Examples of Data Subjects in a sentence

  • Paragraph 4.3 of Schedule 11 of the Framework Agreement (Processing, Personal Data and Data Subjects) determines that, where Personal Data processing differs from the instructions given in the table within Schedule 11, DfE may include such specific instructions in the Engagement Letter and such instructions will apply in respect of that Call-Off Contract.

  • Such assistance may, at the discretion of the Controller, include: a systematic description of the envisaged processing operations and the purpose of the processing; an assessment of the necessity and proportionality of the processing operations in relation to the Services; an assessment of the risks to the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects; and the measures envisaged to address the risks, including safeguards, security measures and mechanisms to ensure the protection of Personal Data.

  • This requirement does not apply where the Contractor employs fewer than 250 Personnel, unless: DfE determines that the processing is not occasional; DfE determines the processing includes special categories of data as referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR or Personal Data relating to criminal convictions and offences referred to in Article 10 of the GDPR; or DfE determines that the processing is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects.

  • The Parties shall only provide Personal Data to each other: to the extent necessary to perform the respective obligations under this Framework Agreement; in compliance with the Data Protection Legislation (including by ensuring all required fair processing information has been given to affected Data Subjects); and where it has recorded it in Schedule 11 (Processing, personal data and data subjects).


More Definitions of Data Subjects

Data Subjects means living individuals (i.e. natural persons) about whom we collect and process Personal data.
Data Subjects means any living individuals whose data the Data Controller processes. "Processing" means any action in relation to that personal data, including filing and communication.

Data Subjects means customers of the Bank and other parties whose data have been supplied to (whether by themselves or otherwise) or otherwise held or obtained by the Bank, including but without limitation to applicants for banking services and facilities, sureties, suppliers, contractors and service providers of the Bank (whether the prospective or the actual ones), officers, representatives, managers, partners of any company, partnership, association or organization having banking or other relationship with the Bank; “Bank” means Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (including all its branches and offices, whether within or outside Hong Kong) and its successors and assigns.
