Data Systems definition

Data Systems means computer, electronic or telecommunications or network systems of any variety (including data bases, websites, hardware, software, storage, switching and interconnection devices and mechanisms, whether on-premises or provided as a service by a third party).
Data Systems means the hardware and/or software data processing systems used to process, exchange, analyze, store and retrieve data concerning systems for pre-ordering, ordering, service activation, service assurance and billing (commonly known as operating support systems), and separate technical systems, such as middleware software, that permit the Parties' disparate operating and/or administrative systems to interoperate.
Data Systems shall have the meaning provided therefor in the Settlement Agreement.

Data Systems means information systems including, but not limited to, net-services, networks, computers, computer systems, communication systems and other information systems; and means of access to such systems including, but not limited to, passwords, tokens, keys, logon scripts or other authentication information.
