Data Trust Access Hub definition

Data Trust Access Hub means the electronic portal providing approved Data Trust User access to Trust-managed data resources, as outlined in an approved Data Sharing Agreement between the Trustee and the Third-Party User.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
