Date of Finality definition

Date of Finality means January 1, when assessments become final for the taxable year next following.
Date of Finality means the date when the Final Approval Order becomes Final.
Date of Finality means the later of (i) the date the Court both enters an order granting Final Approval of the settlement reflected in this Agreement, and dismisses the Action with prejudice, or (ii) the date of the Order Granting Final Approval of Class Settlement and/or other Judgment (collectively the “Judgment”) becomes Final, as defined below.

Examples of Date of Finality in a sentence

  • VIZIO will maintain a list of a representative sample of its current Viewing Data partners on its website for a minimum of five years following the Date of Finality.

  • After the Date of Finality, VIZIO will also include additional disclosures concerning VIZIO’s practices relating to the collection, use, and/or sharing of Viewing Data in its Quick Start Guides in substantially the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E.

  • Upon the Date of Finality, the certification of the Class shall become final, not conditional.

  • VIZIO will delete all Viewing Data collected during the Class Period within ninety (90) days of the Date of Finality.

  • This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which shall be an original and both of which taken together shall constitute the same instrument.
