Date of Finality definition

Date of Finality means the date when the Final Approval Order becomes Final.
Date of Finality means the later of (i) the date the Court both enters an order granting Final Approval of the settlement reflected in this Agreement, and dismisses the Action with prejudice, or (ii) the date of the Order Granting Final Approval of Class Settlement and/or other Judgment (collectively the “Judgment”) becomes Final, as defined below.
