Date of Practical Completion definition

Date of Practical Completion means the date certified in the QBCC Form 7 - Certificate of Practical Completion in accordance with Condition 28.
Date of Practical Completion means the date stated in a certificate issued pursuant to Clause 17.1 or Clause 17.3.
Date of Practical Completion means the date when the Contract Work has reached Practical Completion.

  • The Defects Notification Period will commence on the Date of Practical Completion and will continue for six (6) months (unless some other period is stated in the Special Conditions) or until the issue of the Final Completion Certificate.

  • Upon the Date of Practical Completion, the Contractor's licence to occupy the Site for the purposes of carrying out the Works shall terminate save that the Contractor shall be permitted to re-enter the Site to carry out any outstanding work (and the rectification of defects during the Defects Liability Period) with due expedition and without delay, upon giving reasonable notice in writing to the University.

More Definitions of Date of Practical Completion

Date of Practical Completion means the date on which the Project reaches practical completion in its entirety; “Design” includes, without limitation, all designs and plans relating to the Project;
