Date of Revival definition

Date of Revival means the date on which the Policy is revived by Us as per Clause 4 of Part D of this Policy Document.
Date of Revival. Means the date on which the request for re-instatement of the Policy which was discontinued due to the non-payment of Premium is accepted by the Company.

  • The Effective Date of Revival is the date on which the above requirements are met by the Policyholder and approved by the Company.

  • Approximately 60-65% of all sales are currently paid for through this arrangement with Transamerica.

  • No benefit will be paid for an event that occurred during the lapse period till the Date of Revival when the Policy was in a discontinued state.

  • The Date of Revival will be when all requirements for revival/reinstatement are met and approved by the Corporation at its sole discretion.

  • In the event if the Life Insured commits suicide within 12 months from the Date of Commencement of the Policy or from the Date of Revival of the policy, as applicable, the Nominee/ Beneficiary shall be entitled to the Fund Value, as available on the date of intimation of death.

  • If the Life Assured’s death is due to suicide within Twelve months from the Date of Commencement of Risk or from the Date of Revival of the Policy as applicable, the Nominee of the Policyholder shall be entitled to receive at least 80% of the Total Premium Paid and received by Us till the date of death of the Life Assured or Surrender Value available as on the date of death of the Life Assured, whichever is higher, provided the Policy is in Inforce status.

Related to Date of Revival

  • Date of receipt means the completed delivery of the goods or services or the satisfactory installation, assembly or specified portion thereof, or the receipt of the invoice for the delivery of the goods or services, whichever is later.

  • Option Date means, with respect to any Stock Option, the date on which the Stock Option is awarded under the Plan.

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Grant Date means the date on which the Committee adopts a resolution, or takes other appropriate action, expressly granting an Award to a Participant that specifies the key terms and conditions of the Award or, if a later date is set forth in such resolution, then such date as is set forth in such resolution.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Date The Effective Date (as defined in the Funding Agreement)

  • Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.

  • Date of Service means the date on which the client receives medical services or items, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate provider rules. For items that are mailed or shipped by the provider, the date of service is the date on which the order was received, the date on which the item was fabricated, or the date on which the item was mailed or shipped.

  • Date of Hire means the date on which a person shall perform his first Hour of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a person incurs one or more consecutive Breaks after his initial Date of Hire which results in the forfeiture of his pre-Break Service pursuant to Section 3.3, his "Date of Hire" shall thereafter be the date on which he completes his first Hour of Service after such Break or Breaks.

  • Anniversary Each anniversary of the Cut-off Date.

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Date of Taking means the date the Condemnor has the right to possession of the property being condemned.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Date of Expiration means one year from the date of issuance of the medical cannabidiol registration card by the department of transportation.

  • Expected date of birth means the day certified by a medical practitioner to be the day on which the medical practitioner expects the employee or the employee's partner, as the case may be, to give birth to a child;

  • Year means a calendar year.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.
