DBI Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22(c).
Examples of DBI Loan in a sentence
Other than participation loans purchased by DBI from third parties that are described on DBI Disclosure Schedule 3.22(d), no DBI Loans are presently serviced by third parties and there is no obligation which could result in any DBI Loan becoming subject to any third party servicing.
No claims of defense as to the enforcement of any DBI Loan have been asserted in writing against DBI or any of its Subsidiaries for which there is a reasonable possibility of a material adverse determination, and DBI has no Knowledge of any acts or omissions which would give rise to any claim or right of rescission, set-off, counterclaim or defense for which there is a reasonable possibility of a material adverse determination to its Subsidiaries.
