DBKU definition
DBKU means the Commission of the City of Kuching North or in Bahasa Malaysia “Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara” established under Section 4 of the City of Kuching North Ordinance, 1988, who for the purpose of this Contract is the Director of DBKU.
