DBRS Trigger Required Ratings definition

DBRS Trigger Required Ratings means, with respect to any entity, rating requirements that are satisfied if such entity has a long-term rating of at least “BBB” by DBRS (or, if such entity is not rated by DBRS, “Baa2” by Moody’s or “BBB” by S&P).

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (i) a Credit Rating of Baa3 or higher given by Xxxxx’x, (ii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by S&P or (iii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by Fitch.

  • Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.
