DBS certificate definition

DBS certificate. (“tystysgrif GDG”) means a certificate of a type referred to in paragraph 2 or 3 of Schedule 1;
DBS certificate. (“tystysgrif GDG”) means an enhanced criminal record certificate issued under section 113B(1)(15) of the 1997 Act, which includes, in such cases as are from time to time prescribed under section 113BA(1) of that Act, suitability information relating to children;
DBS certificate means a certificate from a DBS check carried out in accordance with clause 10.

  • The School will take into account the "DBS unusual addresses guide" in such circumstances.For applicants who are living overseas, or who have lived overseas previously, obtaining a DBS certificate may be insufficient to establish their suitability to work at the School.
