Service provided under this Contract is billed under the Customer’s normally applicable District of Columbia Schedules "R", “AE”, "RTM", “GS ND”, "GS LV", “GS 3A”, "GT LV", "GT 3A", and "GT 3B" for Customer-Generators who meet the requirements set forth in D.C. Any tax exemptions applicable to the District of Columbia, including the gross receipts sales tax exemption for the sale of tangible personal property to the District, codified in D.C. Code § 47-2005, shall apply to the performance of the Contract.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with D.C. Code § 2-354.03 and the provisions of Title 27 DCMR §§ 4700, et seq., of the Department’s Procurement Regulations.

Code 47-105, (iii) the District of Columbia Anti-Deficiency Act, D.C. Code §§ 47-355.01 - 355.08, as the foregoing statutes may be amended from time to time, and (iv) Section 446 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.
