It is acknowledged that each SMETS1 SMSO is acting as a DCC Service Provider when performing tasks ascribed to a SMETS1 SMSO under this TMAD (including where the SMETS1 SMSO provides services to the DCC in order for the DCC to carry out the tasks ascribed to a Requesting Party), and notwithstanding Section M11.6 of the Code, is therefore a person under Section M11.5 of the Code and entitled to rely on the waiver in Section M2.13(a) of the Code.
Additionally, for the purposes of undertaking the DMCT Process, the DCC shall source data relating to SMETS1 Installations comprising all or part Dormant Meters from SMETS1 SMSOs acting in the capacity of DCC Service Provider.
