DCT Principals definition

DCT Principals means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as chairman of DCT, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ currently as Chief Investment Officer and upon consummation of the DCT Contribution Transaction as President of DCT, and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ upon consummation of the DCT Contribution Transaction as chief executive officer of DCT, and reasonable replacements of such individuals (or their replacements).
DCT Principals means Thomas Wattles as chairman of DCT, Inc., James Cochran as President of DCT, and Phil Hawkins as chief executive officer of DCT, and reasonable replacements of such individuals (or their replacements).
