DCT Principals means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as chairman of DCT, Inc., Xxxxx Xxxxxxx currently as Chief Investment Officer and upon consummation of the DCT Contribution Transaction as President of DCT, and Xxxx Xxxxxxx upon consummation of the DCT Contribution Transaction as chief executive officer of DCT, and reasonable replacements of such individuals (or their replacements).
