DDR Accounts definition
DDR Accounts means the accounts maintained by the Depository Banks for the benefit of DDR with respect to all rental and other income distributed to DDR which is attributable to (i) the Pledged Equity Properties owned directly or indirectly by Assignors which have pledged less than one hundred percent (100%) of their respective Capital Stock and (ii) the Negative Pledge Properties (to the extent not prohibited by the applicable Subject Property Loan Documents) (collectively, the “Pledged Equity Funds”).
DDR Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).
