Additionally, Tenant covenants that Tenant or anyone acting by, through, or under Tenant, including but not limited to Tenant's assignees, subtenants, concessionaires, -licensees, agents, contractors, employees or invitees (collectively 'Tenant's Agents") will not, through its acts or omissions, cause or permit any "Hazardous Materials" (outer than De Minimus Amounts [defined later]) to be placed, held, located, "Released" or disposed of on, under or at the Premises.
