Dealer Loan Contract definition

Dealer Loan Contract. Each retail installment sales contract, in substantially one of the forms attached hereto as Exhibit I, relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer and in which Credit Acceptance shall have been granted a security interest and shall have acquired certain other rights under a related Dealer Agreement to secure the related dealer’s obligation to repay one or more related Dealer Loans.

  • Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of June 17, 2022, between the Mortgage Loan Borrower, as borrower, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Retail installment contract means that term as defined in section 2 of the retail installment sales act, MCL 445.852.

  • Eligible Loan means a Loan offered for sale or substituted by Seller under a Sale Agreement which as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan, is current or not more past due than permitted under such Sale Agreement in payment of principal or interest and which meets the following criteria as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the effective date of the related Xxxx of Sale, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan:

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means the servicing agreement for the related Non-Lead Securitization.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).
