Death or Permanent Disability. Upon the death or permanent disability of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, but only after providing him with the Severance Benefits.

  • This Agreement shall terminate immediately upon the Executive's Death or Permanent Disability.

  • Upon termination for Death or Permanent Disability, the Executive, or his estate, shall receive the following: (i) all accrued Base Salary and other accrued entitlements earned through the date of termination, (ii) the continuation of Base Salary for 90 days after such termination, and (iii) the compensation and benefits set forth in clauses (B), (C), (D) and (F) of Section 3.1(a).

  • In addition, the Executive and his family shall continue to be covered for a period of one (1) year, upon the same terms and conditions as described hereinabove, by the same or equivalent medical, dental, and life insurance coverage as in effect for the Executive immediately prior to the termination of his employment because of Death or Permanent Disability.

  • Executive acknowledges and agrees that he will not be entitled to receive severance pay if terminated due to Death or Permanent Disability.

  • The Company may also terminate Executive’s employment in the event of the Executive’s Death or Permanent Disability, as defined below.

  • If the Executive’s employment is terminated due to his Death or Permanent Disability, the Company shall pay the Executive, or the Executive’s estate, as the case may be, benefits equal to all of the benefits that are provided in Section 10.1 of this Agreement.

  • If the Insured suffers Accidental Bodily Injury while Overseas during Policy Period and this is the sole and direct cause of his Death or Permanent Disability within 12 months, then the Insurer will pay the Insured the percentage of the Sum Insured specified for each and every form of condition mentioned in the table below as per the details below.

  • Without Cause, including by reason of Death or Permanent Disability: The Company may terminate your employment without Cause or by reason of your death or permanent disability upon written notice to you (or to your personal representative, as the case may be) provided that it does the following: · Pay to you your Salary then in effect in at least bi-weekly installments for a period of six (6) full calendar months following the effective date of the termination of your employment.

  • If the Company terminates this Agreement for Cause or in the event of a Voluntary Termination for reasons other than the Executive’s Death or Permanent Disability, the Company shall pay Executive the compensation and benefits otherwise payable to Executive under Section 5 through the date of termination.

  • Upon any termination of this Agreement and Employee’s employment hereunder: (1) voluntarily by the Employee without Good Reason, (2) upon the Employee’s Death or Permanent Disability, or (3) by the Company for Cause, all payments, salary and other benefits hereunder shall cease at the effective date of termination, except that in the case of the Employee’s Death, the compensation provided in Section 4(a) shall continue through the end of the month in which the Employee’s death occurs.
