Death Valuation Date definition

Death Valuation Date means the Valuation Date coincident with or next following a Participant’s date of death.

  • As of the Death Valuation Date in case of the death of the Annuitant prior to the Maturity Date; .

  • The proceeds payable upon the death before the Maturity Date if the Contract has not been surrendered shall be an amount equal to the greater of (a) the Single Purchase Payment, without interest, increased by the value of any existing Accumulation Units resulting from dividends and reduced by the portions of the Single Purchase Payment attributable to any partial surrenders, and (b) the contract value as of the Death Valuation Date.
