DEBARMENT CERTIFICATIONS. The parties are prohibited from making any award at any tier to any party that is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs under Executive Order 12549, “Debarment and Suspension.” By executing this agreement, the Engineer certifies that it is not currently debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs under Executive Order 12549. The parties to this contract shall require any party to a subcontract or purchase order awarded under this contract to certify its eligibility to receive Federal funds and, when requested by the State, to furnish a copy of the certification.

The parties to this Agreement shall require any party to a subcontract or purchase order awarded under this Agreement to certify its eligibility to receive federal funds and, when requested by the State, to furnish a copy of the certification. DEBARMENT CERTIFICATIONS. The Contractor, by signature to this Contract, certifies that the Contractor is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal department or agency from participating in transactions (Debarred). The Contractor also agrees to include the above requirement in any and all Subcontracts into which it enters. The Contractor shall immediately notify the HCA Contact designated on the cover page of this Contract if, during the term of this Contract, the Contractor becomes debarred. HCA may immediately terminate this Contract by providing Contractor written notice if Contractor becomes Debarred during the term of this Contract.

The EPMPO is prohibited from entering into any contract or agreement with a party that is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs. By executing this agreement, Xxxx Xxxxx certifies that it is not currently debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs, and further certifies that it will not do any business with any party that is currently debarred, suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs. The EPMPO shall require any party to a subcontract or purchase order awarded under this agreement to certify its eligibility to receive federal funds.
DEBARMENT CERTIFICATIONS. The MPO is prohibited from making any award or permitting any award at any tier to any party that is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension. By executing this agreement, the MPO certifies that it is not currently debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs under Executive Order 12549 and further certifies that it will not do business with any party that is currently debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal Assistance Programs under Executive Order 12549. The MPO shall require any party to a subcontract or purchase order awarded under this agreement as specified in 49 CFR Part 29 (Debarment and Suspension) to certify its eligibility to receive federal funds and, when requested by the Department, to furnish a copy of the certification.
DEBARMENT CERTIFICATIONS. The State has requirements similar to the Federal Assistance Programs under Executive Order 12549 prohibiting contracts with debarred contractors. Texas Administrative Code, Title 43, Chapter 9, Subchapter G provides for contractor sanctions.
