Debt Indentures definition

Debt Indentures means any indenture entered into after the date hereof pursuant to which Additional Secured Obligations are issued, in each case as such indenture is amended from time to time.
Debt Indentures means, collectively, (i) the indenture dated as of August 13, 2007 between Encana and The Bank of New York, (ii) the indenture dated as of November 14, 2011 between Encana and The Bank of New York Mellon, (iii) the indenture dated as of September 15, 2000 between Encana (as successor by amalgamation to Alberta Energy Company Ltd.) and The Bank of New York, (iv) the indenture dated as of November 5, 2001 between Encana (as successor by amalgamation to PanCanadian Petroleum Limited) and The Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company of New York, and (v) the indenture dated as of October 2, 2003 between Encana and The Bank of New York, in each case together with all supplemental indentures and other amendments, supplements and modifications thereto;

Examples of Debt Indentures in a sentence

  • The Parent will not request or consent to any modification, supplement or waiver of any of the provisions of any instrument or document evidencing or governing Subordinated Indebtedness (other than any such modification, supplement or waiver to the Senior Subordinated Debt Indentures necessary or customary to provide for the issuance of additional Indebtedness thereunder) except on terms and pursuant to documentation in all respects reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Existing Indentures means (a) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 1.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017, dated as of August 25, 2010, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and (b) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 0.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2020, dated as of October 29, 2013, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof).

  • Senior Notes Indentures means, collectively, the 2020 Senior Notes Indenture and the 2023 Senior Notes Indenture.

  • Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.

  • Second Lien Indenture has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.

  • Existing Senior Notes Indentures means, the indentures governing the Existing Senior Notes, each as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Senior Subordinated Indenture means the Indenture dated as of October 15, 1997 between the Company and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as trustee, as from time to time amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

  • Bond Indenture means, for any series of Bonds, the indenture pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any supplement thereto relating to such Bonds.

  • Unsecured Notes Indenture means, collectively, any indenture by and among the Borrower or a Guarantor, as issuer, the guarantors, if any, party thereto and a trustee, and any and all related documentation entered into in connection therewith, pursuant to which Unsecured Notes shall have been issued, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
