Decision-maker means a person who makes a determination regarding responsibility after the investigation has concluded. The Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, the Investigator, or the Appellate Decision-maker.

Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Investment Decisions Investment, trading, lending or other financial decisions, strategies or recommendations with respect to Investments, whether on behalf of the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Operating Advisor or any Affiliate thereof, the Certificate Administrator or any Affiliate thereof, or the Trustee or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, or any Person on whose behalf the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Special Servicer or any Affiliate thereof, the Operating Advisor or any Affiliate thereof, the Certificate Administrator or any Affiliate thereof, or the Trustee or any Affiliate thereof, as applicable, has discretion in connection with Investments.
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Named Fiduciary means the Fiduciary or Fiduciaries named herein or in the Adoption Agreement who jointly or severally have the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.
Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
Independent Fiduciary means an independent fiduciary who will serve as a fiduciary to the Plan in accordance with Article 3 that has no relationship or interest in any of the Settling Parties and is mutually agreed to by the Settling Parties.
Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);
Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
Objective medical evidence means reports of examinations or treatments; medical signs which are anatomical, physiological, or psychological abnormalities that can be observed; psychiatric signs which are medically demonstrable phenomena indicating specific abnormalities of behavior, affect, thought, memory, orientation, or contact with reality; or laboratory findings which are anatomical, physiological, or psychological phenomena that can be shown by medically acceptable laboratory diagnostic techniques, including but not limited to chemical tests, electrocardiograms, electroencephalograms, X-rays, and psychological tests;
Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;
DSX Panel means a cross connect bay or panel used for the termination of equipment and facilities operating at digital rates.
Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
