Declaration of Completion definition

Declaration of Completion means a declaration in the form substantially prescribed in Schedule E (Declaration of Completion).
Declaration of Completion means a document with its own unique identifier issued to a student who has successfully completed a mandatory entry-level training course in accordance with section 27.06(4.1) of the MVAR, B.C. Reg. 26/58, means ICBC form number MV2970.
Declaration of Completion means a declaration of Project Completion executed by an authorized senior official of the Recipient for Projects in the Fiscal Year in which a Project is completed, in the form set out in Annex “E” of this Agreement;

Examples of Declaration of Completion in a sentence

  • The Owner shall retain the services of the engineer(s) until the installation, extension and improvement of services is complete and a Declaration of Completion has been submitted and prior to the Owner giving notice of the completion of the building pursuant to the Building Code Act, as may be amended from time to time.

  • If either request for exemption (Energy or Water) is denied, you will need to submit a Declaration of Completion for the request for exemption that was denied and pay a registration fee for the building.

  • A driver training school must be approved to deliver the Class 1 MELT course, and will be required to issue an MV2970 - Class 1 MELT Declaration of Completion (DoC) to each student who has met the assessment requirements and successfully completed the course.

  • A Project or Step will be considered complete on the date specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion executed by the Project Proponent in the form described under Schedule B, submitted to and received by the Administrator.

  • Issue a Declaration of Completion to an individual who has successfully completed the Approved Course as set out in this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and in keeping with requirements in Division 27 of the MVAR, B.C. Reg.

Related to Declaration of Completion

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Practical Completion means the completion of the Project where the building is fit for occupancy and/or purpose.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Date for Completion means the date for Completion specified in the Contract Specifics.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.
