Declaration of Disaster definition

Declaration of Disaster means the activation of the disaster response provisions of the National Disaster Management Plan by the Chairperson of the National Disaster Council in accordance with section 19 of the Disaster & Emergency Management Act 2007.
Declaration of Disaster means the activation of the disaster response provisions of the County Disaster Risk Management Plan by the Chairperson of the County Disaster Risk Management Committee in accordance with section 24;
Declaration of Disaster means a declaration of disaster pursuant to section 18;

Examples of Declaration of Disaster in a sentence

  • Be made only without a Declaration of a state of Local Civil Emergency or Declaration of Disaster if the Requesting Party expects to use the resource(s) for less than one Operational Period or if the declaration of emergency is expected to be issued during the first Operational Period.

  • Lessee Institution shall compensate to Backup Institution or Service for the use of Backup Institution or Service's employees to perform work for Lessee Institution after the Declaration of Disaster at the hourly rates set forth in Section 9.0 of this Agreement.
