Medical emergency means a condition caused by an Injury or Sickness that manifests itself by symptoms of sufficient severity that a prudent layperson possessing an average knowledge of health and medicine would reasonably expect that failure to receive immediate medical attention would place the health of the person in serious jeopardy.
Unforeseeable means not reasonably foreseeable by an experienced contractor by the Base Date.
Disaster means a sudden emergency occurrence beyond the control of the licensee, whether natural, technological, or man-made, that renders the licensee unable to operate the facility or makes the facility uninhabitable.
Public health emergency means an emergency with respect to COVID–19 declared by a Federal, State, or local authority.
Emergency means a condition or situation that is likely to endanger the safety or security of the individuals on or about the Project Highway, including Users thereof, or which poses an immediate threat of material damage to any of the Project Assets;
