Decommissioned Equipment definition

Decommissioned Equipment means Replaced Equipment in respect of which the Decommissioning Services have or will have been completed by the Contractor;

Examples of Decommissioned Equipment in a sentence

  • Except as permitted herein, the Contractor will not deliver or dispose of or otherwise transfer the Decommissioned Equipment to any entity other than the Recycling Agency.

  • Thereafter the Contractor will deliver all Decommissioned Equipment to the new Recycling Agency.
