Deemed Distribution definition

Deemed Distribution means an amount credited to a Settling Participant, identified on Exhibit B to the Cover Sheet, pursuant to Section 5.2.2 as an offset to amounts owed by the Settling Participant to the PX and/or ISO.
Deemed Distribution has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.2.
Deemed Distribution means that the amount of your loan, plus any outstanding interest, will be treated as though it was an early payment of your benefits under Federal tax laws. This means that you will be required to pay federal income taxes on the outstanding amount of your loan plus any outstanding interest. If you are under age 59 1/2 and have not yet separated from Covered Employment, you may also be subject to an additional 10% early withdrawal tax. In addition, you will still be liable to the Plan for the outstanding balance of your loan and the loan will continue to accrue interest.

More Definitions of Deemed Distribution

Deemed Distribution means a Distribution (of a Vested Account of not more than $0) that is deemed distributed under Provision 15.2. This definition is limited and is not intended to include any other Distribution or distribution that is or may be a deemed distribution within the meaning of IRC § 3405 or otherwise for federal income tax reporting purposes.
Deemed Distribution. Amount shall mean an amount in the Decommissioning Trust Fund that is treated by Applicable Tax Law as having been distributed by reason of the disqualification of all or a part of such Fund.
Deemed Distribution means an amount credited to Settling Supplier under a Prior Settlement as an offset to amounts owed by Settling Supplier to the PX or ISO.

Related to Deemed Distribution

  • Qualified distribution means a distribution from a Roth Elective Deferral Account after the Participant has satisfied a five year tax holding period and has attained age 59½, died, or become Disabled, in accordance with Code Section 402A(d). The five year tax holding period is the period of five consecutive taxable years that begins with the first day of the first taxable year in which the Participant makes a designated Roth Elective Deferral under the Plan or to another retirement plan which amount was directly rolled over to the Plan, and ends when five consecutive taxable years have been completed.

  • Scheduled Distribution means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, for each Due Date, the scheduled payment of principal and/or interest and/or fees due on such Due Date with respect to such Collateral Loan, determined in accordance with the assumptions specified in Section 1.3.

For purposes of calculating Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Expected Distributions.

Upon termination of the obligations created by this Agreement and liquidation of REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III, the amounts which remain on deposit in the Certificate Account after payment to the Holders of the REMIC III Regular Interests of the amounts set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement, and subject to the conditions set forth therein, shall be distributed to the Class R-1, Class R-2 and Class R-3 Residual Interests in accordance with the preceding sentences of this definition as if the date of such distribution were a Distribution Date.
