Default Certificate definition

Default Certificate means a certificate prepared by the FCA, in the case of a Bank not in receivership, or the Insurance Corporation (acting in its corporate capacity), in the case of a Bank in receivership, in such form as the FCA or the Insurance Corporation may, in their respective discretion, provide, determining that a Bank is a Defaulting Bank, and specifying the Defaulted Maturing Obligation Amount.
Default Certificate means a cryptographic certificate provided by a KRC or IBM Recovery Facility that is the property of the KRC or IBM Recovery Facility and licensed by the KRC or IBM Recovery Facility to the End-User Customer. A Default Certificate may be required before a Bundled Product's or Toolkit Derivative's cryptographic capabilities will function and such Default Certificate expires after a specified period of time not to exceed one year.
Default Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.2. Rate.

Examples of Default Certificate in a sentence

  • In the event an Authorized -------------------------- Officer of Certificate Trustee shall have actual knowledge of a Lease Event of Default or a Loan Event of Default, Certificate Trustee shall give prompt written notice of such event to the Certificate Purchasers, Lessee and Administrative Agent by facsimile and confirmed by overnight courier.

  • Subordinate Certificate Any one of the Class M Certificates or Class B Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively.

  • Private Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Notional Certificate Any Class A-IO Certificate.

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.

  • Provisional certificate shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2; “Punch List”shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2.1;
