Examples of Default Event Notice in a sentence
Default Event Notice means a notice given in accordance with Clause 4.2(a).
The Key Subcontractor Statements will be conclusive evidence in favour of any Statement Beneficiary that the Key Subcontractor has waived and abandoned all claims then known or which ought reasonably to have been known to the Key Subcontractor in connection with the Key Subcontract prior to the date of the Default Event Notice.
The Builder Statements will be conclusive evidence in favour of any Statement Beneficiary that the Builder has waived and abandoned all claims then known or which ought reasonably to have been known to the Builder in connection with the D&C Subcontract prior to the date of the Default Event Notice.

Default Event Notice means the notice referred to in clause 3.2(a).
The Operator Statements will be conclusive evidence in favour of any Statement Beneficiary that the Operator has waived and abandoned all claims then known or which ought reasonably to have been known to the Operator in connection with the Operator Subcontract prior to the date of the Default Event Notice.
If the Defaulting Member does not give the Default Event Notice as required in the foregoing the sentence, the Company shall nevertheless be deemed to have received the Default Event Notice if it acquires actual notice of the occurrence of the Default Event.
No Bond Default Event Notice may be given after a UBS Default Notice has been given.
