Defense Purposes definition

Defense Purposes means any purpose within the power of the Commonwealth with respect to the Defense of the Commonwealth and includes purposes that are necessary or incidental to that purpose.
Defense Purposes means use for military, defense and/or intelligence purposes on behalf of a government agency.
