Globant undertakes to ensure that, during such Deferred Consideration Period, the Company is able to access adequate level of funding, either through direct funding or by external financing, to ensure the operation of the Company and its Subsidiaries towards the achievement of the Revenue Target in accordance with the amounts and concepts detailed in the investment plan attached hereto as Exhibit 1.3. as a reference to be followed by the Parties.
