Deferred Interest Bond definition

Deferred Interest Bond means any Bond designated as such by the Series Resolution authorizing the issuance of such Bond.
Deferred Interest Bond means any Bond designated as such by the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Bond but shall not include any such Bond from and after the date, if any, on which such Bond will bear interest that is payable to the holder of such Bond prior to its scheduled maturity.
Deferred Interest Bond means any Bond designated as such by the related Series Resolution.

Related to Deferred Interest Bond

  • Deferred Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Net Deferred Interest With respect to each Loan Group and any Distribution Date, the greater of (i) the excess, if any, of the Deferred Interest for the related Due Date over the aggregate amount of any principal prepayments in part or in full received during the related Prepayment Period and (ii) zero.

  • Postponed Fixed Interest Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date;

  • Interest Date means the last day of an Interest Period.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Bond and Interest Fund means the Bond and Interest Fund of the Issuer for its general obligation bonds.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Class B Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class D Interest Coverage Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Interest Coverage Amount by the scheduled interest payments due on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes on the following Payment Date. For the purposes of calculating the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Class D Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Interest Funds With respect to each Mortgage Group and any Payment Date, (a) the sum of, without duplication, (1) all interest collected (other than the interest portion of Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Due Period by the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus, (x) to the extent provided under Sections 4.02(e)(3) and (4) and Sections 5.08(i) and (ii) herein, previously unreimbursed Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances due to the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor master servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (y) the Servicing Administration Fee and Master Servicing Fee with respect to such Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group and (z) any fees and expenses of any Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group to the extent not paid by the Seller or its Affiliates, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments or payments in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 with respect to the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (3) the portion of any Purchase Price or Substitution Amount paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) such Mortgage Group’s pro rata share of: (i) the Owner Trustee Fee, (ii) any costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable or otherwise due to the Master Servicer, Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee, any Custodian, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Administrator to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and any Custodial Agreement and (iii) any Net Swap Payment.

  • Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

  • Overfunded Interest Amount With respect to any Subsequent Transfer Date, the excess of (A) the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date over (B) the excess of (i) the amount of interest accruing at the sum of the (a) assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate of the Offered Certificates and (b) the Applicable Rate on the Prefunded Amount outstanding at the end of the related Collection Period for the total number of days remaining through the end of the Accrual Periods ending April 25, 2004, May 24, 2004 and June 24, 2004 over (ii) one month of investment earnings on the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date at an annual rate of 0.75%. The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • Stated Interest Rate “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Transfer”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, “Underwriting Agreement”, “United”, and “United Bankruptcy Event”.

  • Maximum I-LTZZ Uncertificated Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the REMIC I Remittance Rate applicable to REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ minus the REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) Uncertificated Interest on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10 for such Distribution Date, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate; provided, however, each cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.
