Deferred Stock Grant definition

Deferred Stock Grant means a grant, pursuant to the Trust's 1996 Share Incentive Plan of Common Shares.
Deferred Stock Grant means a Stock Retainer that a Director has elected to defer until Retirement, death, or other termination of services on the Board, whichever occurs first.
Deferred Stock Grant shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(e).
