Defined Benefit Category definition

Defined Benefit Category means the category described in clause 2.3.1(c) and to which the Rules in Schedule C apply.

Examples of Defined Benefit Category in a sentence

  • A Member of the Defined Benefit Category may apply to the Trustee to become a Member of an Accumulation Category if the Member completes an application acceptable to the Trustee and they are employed by an Employer.
