Defined Business definition

Defined Business means the business of ophthalmic instrumentation and engaging in the business of ophthalmic instrumentation and engaging in any business currently engaged in by the Company or contemplated by the Company.
Defined Business means the business of developing, manufacturing, marketing or selling products that are similar to or compete with the current or contemplated products of the Company as of the date thereof.
Defined Business has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
