For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Delaware Defendants’ Releasees” shall not include Gross, Harrison and Malone individually or in any capacity or Morgans.

  • Delaware Courts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(d).

  • Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.
