Delay Attribution Principles and Rules means the version of the document known as the Delay Attribution Principles and Rules referenced in the Network Code;
Delay Attribution Principles and Rules. means, subject to Condition A1.1(g), the document which provides guidance on the attribution of delay across the Network, entitled “Delay Attribution Principles and Rules” asissued by the Board;
