Delay Liquidated Damages has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

• In addition, with respect to the achievement of Substantial Completion, Contractor shall pay Owner all Delay Liquidated Damages, if any, owed under this Agreement for such respective Substantial Completion as a condition precedent to achieving Substantial Completion.
