EPC Contractor definition

EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.
EPC Contractor means an engineering, procurement, and construction contractor, or if not utilizing an engineering, procurement and construction contractor, the entity having lead responsibility for the management of overall construction activities, selected by Seller, with substantial experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction of power plants of the same type of facility as the Seller’s; provided, however, that the Seller or the Seller’s Affiliate(s) may serve as the EPC Contractor.
EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • The foregoing requirement for Client to provide Monthly production data to EPC Contractor shall commence as of the last day of the Month commencing after Final Completion and shall be forwarded to EPC Contractor via email to EPC Contractor by the third day of the following calendar Month, if real-time access to its monitoring equipment is not made available to EPC Contractor.

  • Client shall provide EPC Contractor with the actual Monthly production in each Month during which this Agreement is in effect or shall provide EPC Contractor with read only, real-time access to its DAS monitoring system.
