Delegated User definition

Delegated User. – means an individual who will utilize the TIN Matching session options on behalf of the firm. A “Delegated User” may not assign or disable users or update applications on behalf of their assigned firm. A “Delegated User” may only perform TIN Matching on behalf of their assigned firm.

Delegated User means a person with authority of any kind with respect to an Account or use of eBanking, as defined herein. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Allegiance Bank Personal eBanking Service and Allegiance Bank Business eBanking Service (collectively, “eBanking”), the Allegiance eBanking Mobile Application and Text Banking Services (“Mobile Banking” and “Text Banking”) and contains the disclosures required by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, as implemented by Regulation E (15 U.S.C. 1693 et seq., 12 C.F.R.   • The Trading Partner further certifies to the NNHPD that, in seeking enrolment to the NHP Online system for its Primary User and Delegated User(s), it has no information or knowledge that the identity of the Primary User or Delegated User is inaccurate, incomplete or has been changed or altered, and that they are authorized to be enrolled accordingly.

  • Customer assumes sole responsibility for designating one or more Administrative User(s), for authorizing their access and for any Delegated User access.

  • An individual’s designation as a Delegated User shall continue to be effective until your Administrator removes the individual as a Delegated User from the "Manage User Access" section of the Services and we have had sufficient time to process the revocation.
