Delinquency Management Fund definition

Delinquency Management Fund means the fund by that name established by Section 3.9(a) hereof.

  • Moneys in the Delinquency Management Fund shall be invested and deposited in accordance with Section 6.1. Interest earnings and profits resulting from said investment shall be retained in the Delinquency Management Fund to be used for the purposes of such fund.
