Delinquency or Derogatory Report definition
Delinquency or Derogatory Report means information furnished by Chase to Credit Bureaus concerning a delinquency or charge off concerning a closed Chase credit card account. For purposes of this Agreement, “Delinquency or Derogatory Report” is limited to information furnished for Class Member accounts with Calculated Refund Amounts.
