Delinquency Trigger Event means, for any Collection Period, the aggregate Principal Balance of Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 61 days or more as a percentage of the Pool Balance as of the last day of the Collection Period exceeding or being equal to 6.62%.
Delinquency Trigger means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, 24.00%.
Delinquency Percentage means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, an amount equal to the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of all 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period.
Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.
Delinquency Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) computed as of the last day of each Fiscal Month by dividing: (a) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables that were Delinquent Receivables on such day, by (b) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables on such day.
Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.
Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:
Loss Reserve Percentage means, on any date, the product of (A) 2.25 times (B) the highest average of the Default Ratios for any three consecutive calendar months during the twelve most recent calendar months times (C) the Loss Horizon Ratio.
