Delinquent acts definition
Delinquent acts means acts as defined in Subsection A of Section 32A-2-3 NMSA 1978, the Delinquency Act.
Delinquent acts means those acts which violate the laws of the United States, or the statutes of the State or this Code of Ordinances or those acts which would cause or tend to cause the minor to come under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court, not to include traffic violations.
