Delinquent Purchase Order definition
Delinquent Purchase Order means any Purchase Order that (i) has not been fulfilled in the ordinary course of business or within a reasonable period of time; (ii) has been rejected by the Company (or, if rejected in part, to the extent of such rejection); (iii) has been revoked or cancelled by the Qualified Customer (or if revoked or cancelled in part, to the extent of such revocation or cancellation); (iv) if such Purchase Order would not otherwise be a Purchase Order as of such date but for the satisfaction of such Purchase Order by the Company.
