Deliverable Quantity definition

Deliverable Quantity means, in respect of each Service of each Shipper on a Day, the quantity of Natural Gas permitted to be delivered for or on the account of that Shipper to a Shared Delivery Point, taking into account any curtailment, interruption or other reduction to the quantity of Natural Gas that Shipper is entitled to receive at the Shared Delivery Point under that Shipper’s Gas Transportation Agreement.
Deliverable Quantity. Means the number of units that can be delivered in a contract as specified by the Exchange from time to time
Deliverable Quantity means, for each EDP in a Month, (i) the aggregatsum of the Electric Hourly Quantity for the EDP’s in that Month multiplied by the Monthly On Peak Hoursat EDP for each On Peak Hour in that Month less (ii) the quantity of Electricity (in MWh’s) not delivered by Seller to that EDP during the On Peak Hours in that Month due to (a) the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event preventing the delivery by Seller of Electricity to the EDP’sat EDP and (b) Buyer’s failure to deliver a GDP Block or GDP BlocksGas in the amounts required hereunder at the GDP for that EDP in that Month, as provided in Sections 3.3(b) and 3.3(c).

Examples of Deliverable Quantity in a sentence

  • The Selling Clearing Member and the Buying Clearing Member shall have the obligation to notify their respective Seller(s) and Buyer(s) to take all necessary steps to ensure timely and proper delivery of the Deliverable Quantity.

  • The nominated Vessel should be in all manners ready for loading and carriage of the Deliverable Quantity at the time of loading, and capable of entering the Port of Loading and lawfully loading the Deliverable Quantity there.

  • The Buyer shall nominate a Vessel that is suitable and able to carry the Deliverable Quantity and to ensure that the nominated Vessel tanks, pipes and lines have been cleaned as per FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) requirements as well as any other regulatory requirements by relevant authorities at the destination.

  • In this case, the Seller may load the Deliverable Quantity into the tanks allocated by the Vessel’s master at the Buyer’s risk.

  • Actual Loaded Quantity should not deviate from the Deliverable Quantity by more than 10MT.

  • If adequate supplies of Feedstock sufficient for WCC to generate and supply on a regular basis the Maximum Deliverable Quantity of Feedstock should cease to be regularly available at WCC’s Site for a commercially unreasonable period of time, then the Parties shall meet and confer to determine if they can reach a mutually acceptable solution and/or amendment of this Agreement.

  • Subject to Section 2.11(c) and the other provisions hereof, during the Term, Fulcrum shall as a matter of first priority accept all Feedstock supplied by WCC’s Site to satisfy 100% of Fulcrum’s requirements for Feedstock up to the Maximum Deliverable Quantity.

  • Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Supplier shall supply and deliver to Fulcrum, and Fulcrum shall accept, at the Delivery Point, such amounts of Feedstock on a daily basis (up to the Maximum Deliverable Quantity each week) as are from time to time requested by Fulcrum by written notice to Supplier no less than five (5) Days prior to each date of requested delivery.

  • No less than 180 Days prior to the expected Commercial Operations Date, Fulcrum shall deliver to WCC a notice electing the Maximum Deliverable Quantity hereunder.

  • Buyer’s failure, in the ordinary course of business, to take delivery of the Deliverable Quantity by the Last Delivery Day, or the Extended Loading Window, as applicable.


More Definitions of Deliverable Quantity

Deliverable Quantity means, for the Facility, the sum of the Electric Hourly Quantity for that Facility for each Hour in that Month.

For any hour in which the Buyer requested Electricity at thea 2000 EDP and the Buyer failed to provide Gas at the corresponding 2000 GDP, the block notice for that hour shall be deemed to be zero.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Indefinite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that:

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any relevant plans or drawings, as specified in an applicable Work Order;

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
