Delivered Product definition

Delivered Product means Product actually Delivered to a Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. For the sole purpose of determining which week's Ammonia Market Price is in effect, Product is considered to be Delivered Product upon completion of loading of the Buyer's Vessel upon which such Product is to be transported, as evidenced by the relevant Bill of Lading.
Delivered Product means all HTML files, Java files, graphics files, animation files, data files, technology, scripts and programs, both in object code and source code form, all documentation and any other deliverable prepared for Client by Vendor in accordance with the terms of the Website Terms.
Delivered Product means Product that has been delivered to the Buyer in accordance with clause 7. Duration Period has the meaning set out in clause 15.1.

  • If, however, Licensor fails to deliver an acceptable replacement Delivered Product within sixty (60) days of the original delivery date, Creative shall, at its option, have the right to terminate this Agreement and Licensor shall pay to Creative a penalty payment for each instance of failure under this Section 11.1, in the amount of $25,000.00.

  • However, lack of finances shall not be considered an event beyond the reasonable control of a Party, and nothing herein shall relieve Customer of its obligation to pay for Delivered Product.

  • Xxxx shall remain responsible for the Delivered Product Payment Obligation with respect to any Assigned Product delivered to X.

  • Buyer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with receiving the Delivered Product from Seller.

  • Publisher shall provide Digitally Delivered Products to SIE for supply on or through PSN by submitting to an SIE Company a Digitally Delivered Product pursuant to the process described in the Guidelines or otherwise communicated to Publisher by SIE (each such submission a “Product Submission”).

  • There will be no obligation on SIE to supply any Digitally Delivered Product until SIE has accepted the relevant Product Submission (without prejudice to Section 9.2.5(ii)).


More Definitions of Delivered Product

Delivered Product means Product that has been delivered to the Buyer in accordance with clause 7.3. Duration Period has the meaning set out in clause 15. The Market Price including the premium or discount to the Provisional Price (if any) shall be mutually agreed between the Parties in writing during the Quotation Period and prior to any Shipment being dispatched and adjusted for any differences applicable by reference to the applicable Incoterms. Market Price 1 determined in accordance with clause 10.2 (a) of this Agreement. Market Price 2 determined in accordance with clause 10.2 (b) of this Agreement. Order means a written notification by the Buyer to the Seller in respect of a particular order of Product to be made pursuant to this Agreement, which shall include the details required by clause 6.2.

Related to Delivered Product

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.
