Delivery Certificates definition

Delivery Certificates has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02 of the Warrant Agreement.
Delivery Certificates means the Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance to be delivered under the Building Contract, together with the documents required to accompany such Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance pursuant to Section 3 of Article VII of the Building Contract, and any other documents signed by or on behalf of the Borrower and/or the Building Contractor evidencing delivery and acceptance of the Drilling Unit pursuant to the Building Contract.
Delivery Certificates. The meaning given to it in the Call Agreement.

Examples of Delivery Certificates in a sentence

  • Those Certificates where the Holder has elected for cash payment will be Cash Settled Certificates and those Certificates where the Holder has elected for physical delivery will be Physical Delivery Certificates.

  • Supplier shall provide all information under its control which is necessary or useful for Sun to obtain any export or import licenses required for Sun to ship or receive Products, including, but not limited to, U.S. Customs Certificates of Delivery, Certificates of Origin, U.S. Federal Communications Commissions (“FCC”) identifier, and DHHS (Bureau of Radiologic Health, FDA) Accession Number, if applicable.

  • In the case of Physical Delivery Certificates of Physical Delivery Warrants, if a Settlement Disruption Event occurs or exists on the Settlement Date, settlement will be postponed until the next Settlement Business Day on which no Settlement Disruption Event occurs.

  • References in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, to Cash Settled Certificates shall be deemed to include references to Physical Delivery Certificates, which includean option (as set out in the applicable Final Terms) at the Issuer's election to make cash settlement of such Certificate pursuant to Condition 6(C) and where settlement is to be by way of cash payment.

  • All Delivery Certificates issued by the Exchange against the July 2018 canola futures contract shall be issued in the name of the Clearing Participant of the buyer, and the provisions of these Rules at subsections 15.14 c., d., and e., allowing a Clearing Participant to permit a buyer to have a Delivery Certificate issued in the buyer’s name or to permit a transfer of a Delivery Certificate to another Merchant Participant, shall not be applicable.

  • References in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, to Physical Delivery Certificates shall be deemed to include references to Cash Settled Certificates which include an option (as set out in the applicable Final Terms) at the Issuer’s election to request physical delivery of the relevant underlying asset in settlement of such Certificate pursuant to Condition 7(C)(ii) and where settlement is to be by way of physical delivery.

  • If the Certificates (Physical Delivery Certificates) are Physical Delivery Securities, each such Certificate entitles its holder, subject to the provisions of Condition 20(A), to receive from the Issuer on the Settlement Date the Entitlement, subject to payment of any Expenses.

  • -ENTRY CERTIFICATES Any of the Certificates that shall be registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, the ownership of which is reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a person maintaining an account with the Depository (directly, as a "Depository Participant", or indirectly, as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of the Depository and as described in Section 7.06). As of the Closing Date, each Class of Regular Certificates constitutes a Class of Book-Entry Certificates.

  • New Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a).

  • Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;

  • Book-Entry Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Non-Book Entry Certificates As defined in Section 5.02(c)(iii) of this Agreement.

  • Principal Only Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Retail Certificates A Senior Certificate, if any, offered in smaller minimum denominations than other Senior Certificates, and designated as such in the Series Supplement.

  • Exchange Certificates Means the pass through certificates substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in exchange for the Initial Certificates pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement and authenticated hereunder.

  • Non-Delay Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Private Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Class K Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class K" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class N Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class N" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Delay Delivery Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • COFI Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.

  • Physical Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Corresponding Certificates As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Lower-Tier Regular Interest or Component.

  • Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.
