Delivery Certificates definition

Delivery Certificates has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02 of the Warrant Agreement.
Delivery Certificates means the Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance to be delivered under the Building Contract, together with the documents required to accompany such Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance pursuant to Section 3 of Article VII of the Building Contract, and any other documents signed by or on behalf of the Borrower and/or the Building Contractor evidencing delivery and acceptance of the Drilling Unit pursuant to the Building Contract.
Delivery Certificates. The meaning given to it in the Call Agreement.

  • All distributions pursuant to Section 15(a)(C)(3) to Call Holders exercising Call Rights on such Change of Control Purchase Date and to Certificateholders to whom Delivery Certificates were delivered in accordance with Section 2.02(d) of the Warrant Agreement are deemed for all purposes to be payments on Certificates acquired and held by holders of Call Warrants upon the exercise of Call Warrants.
