Delivery Company. “Company”, or “Cooperative” shall mean the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Delivery Company. (DC) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction, or a public utility, ISO, transmission provider, or any comparable entity, owning and/or controlling the facilities required for delivery of Electricity to the Buyer.
Delivery Company means a wholly owned subsidiary of Supplier in the form of a limited liability company under the Company Law of China. For the purpose of this definition, the Delivery Company shall include all its branch offices and subsidiaries under the Delivery Company. On the Effective Date, the Delivery Company shall include without limitation to Shanghai Camelot Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Kunshan Kesuo Information Consulting Co., Ltd.. and their branch offices and subsidiaries.
