Delivery Equipment definition

Delivery Equipment means the barge, truck, ISO tank loadings or other mode of transportation by which Seller chooses to provide the Product to the Vessel.
Delivery Equipment means the Existing Delivery Equipment and any such equipment acquired or leased after the Closing Date.

  • If Customer anticipates increased purchases, it should provide 12 to 16 weeks advance notice to provide Guardian time to attempt to secure additional Delivery Equipment for such orders.

  • USPS shall be under no obligation to maintain any private property under or around the Delivery Equipment or the area where the Delivery Equipment is located.

  • If Guardian arranges for delivery of Product to Customer’s location, Customer may return Delivery Equipment by making it available for pickup by Guardian, at the place where Guardian delivers Product to Customer, at the time Guardian designates (in certain circumstances this may involve Customer, upon delivery of the Product, immediately removing the Product from the Delivery Equipment and returning the Delivery Equipment to Guardian).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Gross ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" shall not include any amount billed or otherwise charged to a Subscriber by Licensee for (a) the provision of any Music Service on Recorded Media, (b) Music-Related Adjunct Services, or (c) the lease or rental of any Service Delivery Equipment used with Recorded Media.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Customer will return all Delivery Equipment promptly upon request.

  • Customer will use reasonable care in handling Delivery Equipment.

  • Customer will not remove Guardian’s labels or markings from such Delivery Equipment.

  • If Customer picks up Product at Guardian’s plant and is utilizing Delivery Equipment for transportation of the Product, Customer will return Delivery Equipment to Guardian’s loading dock at the Guardian plant where the Delivery Equipment was picked up.

  • Customer is only authorized to use such Delivery Equipment for receiving and temporarily storing the Products that Customer purchases from Guardian and for no other purpose.

  • If Customer reduces the amount of glass regularly purchased, Guardian may reduce the Delivery Equipment it keeps available to pack Customer orders.
