Delivery Instruction definition

Delivery Instruction means an instruction from You in the form deemed acceptable to us from time to time directing Us to make the Goods available for collection or deliver the Goods (or part thereof) to a specified address or a specified person or entity authorised by You to collect such Goods.
Delivery Instruction means an instruction of a Participant in such form as HKSCC may from time to time prescribe as being valid to effect book-entry delivery of Eligible Securities in CCASS to another Participant in respect of transactions in Eligible Securities accepted for settlement in CCASS, as referred to in Rule 1003.
Delivery Instruction means a delivery instruction substantially in the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Delivery Instruction).

  • Once Settlement has been received by AFEX with respect to a Forward Contract or Option Contract, AFEX will deliver the funds in accordance with the Order or, if no such Delivery Instruction is provided, will credit Client’s Funding Balance.

  • Each of the Restricted Holder and the Company has caused this Standard Consent and Delivery Instruction to be executed and delivered on its behalf by their respective officers thereunto duly authorized as of the date set forth above.

Delivery Instruction means the instruction that will be made by each of the clients with whom it has executed a Custody agreement, with respect to the delivery and transfer to the Purchaser of the securities and cash under the terms of Clause Four item (d) hereof.
